I have made white cheese. First since a long long time. I made pastry for pancakes, I am baking bread with dill.
Girls are coming! They should be around 5 p.m. I have big basket of apples. I intend to make lots of delicious jam. The weather is just excellent. Sunny, hot. Well, too hot to work outside, but I need a least one walk outside to finish the electric fence and to cut some more bushes.
In the morning I opened for horses my part of yard. They came and readily have eaten the grass here. Still some should be cut down, but it’s less now than it was before.
My lovely bitch called Saba has killed a rat. I was just about to remove the corps from the yard, but it looks some other animal took care of it. Maybe Saba, but rather something else, what actually likes to eat rats.
I need a cat! A friend of mine has some kittens, but they are still small. They still drink milk from their mother.
Right now I can see through the window like Dakota is rolling in the yard. Before her younger sister was doing the same. Now they both just lying in the yard in the full Sun.
Up we go! I am going to finish an electric fence today...
